FULL SERVICE POOL MAINTENANCE

A weekly service that ensures your pool is clean and has well-balanced, sanitized water. Our Full Service Pool Maintenance Package costs $40.00 per week, plus chemicals, for a standard residential pool and includes:

• Pool Cleaning:
  • Vacuum pool
  • Brush pool
  • Skim surface
  • Clean waterline

• Equipment Maintenance:
  • Empty skimmer baskets
  • Empty pump strainer basket
  • Backwash filter
  • Check automatic cleaner / empty debris bag
  • Maintain proper water flow and circulation
  • Keep equipment pad clean
  • Check for any equipment issues (leaks, motor noise etc.)

• Chemical Maintenance:
  • An advanced digital water analysis system is used to ensure accurate reading of the following chemicals:
    • chlorine
    • pH
    • total alkalinity
    • calcium hardness
    • cyanuric acid
    • salt levels
  • Add correct amounts of chemicals to ensure water is properly sanitized and balanced
  • Water sample results are e-mailed to you during each weekly service

• Deck:
  • Blow off pool deck

BI-WEEKLY POOL MAINTENANCE

Another full service maintenance package that offers all of the benefits listed above, but is done on an every other week basis. Bi-weekly Pool Maintenance Package costs $50.00 per week, plus chemicals.

CHEMICAL ONLY MAINTENANCE

Weekly visits where an advanced digital water analysis system is used to ensure accurate readings of the following chemicals: chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid and salt levels where applicable.

Correct amounts of chemicals will be added to ensure water is properly sanitized and balanced. Water sample results will be e-mailed to you during each weekly visit. Chemical Only Pool Maintenance Package costs $25.00 per week, plus chemicals.
